NOTE: The following flat rate shipping charges apply only to the fabrics and notions on the website. Shipping to and from for Longarm Quilting Services by Bette are billed at actual costs.
US Customers:
We provide a flat rate shipping rate by dollar value on your total order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Your items are shipped once payment is confirmed. USPS Priority takes 3 to 5 business days to ship. If you prefer another carrier, please note that in your instructions - you will be billed the actual shipping charge with a different carrier.
If your items fit in a smaller box at a lesser rate, we will refund you the difference of the actual shipping charge from the flat rate you were charged.

Attention International Customers
We will ship alll international orders via USPS REGULAR mail (if over 4 lbs they have to go USPS Priority Mail). Unfortunately we can absorb the entire cost of international shipping. Your order will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
$1 to $50 = $14.00
$51 to $100 = $35.00
$100 and over = $45.00
Return Policy
We will exchange or provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item you received does not meet you expectations.
All returns must include the original invoice or packing slip and within their original state. Fabrics can not be cut, dyed or washed from their original state shipped to you.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt. Actual shipping for returned items will be refunded as long as it was returned due to our error. Return shipping refund will be based off of postage on actual package.

Order Number and Customer Number
Address,Telephone, and Email Address
Reason for Return, (Qty, Description, and Price) and packing slip or invoice.
Whether or not this return is RETURN FOR CREDIT TO AN ACCOUNT OR AN EXCHANGE. If it is for a credit, we will send you a coupon code for the amount via email.
If the exchange is more expensive then the original purchase, please include a check or money order for the difference.
We will contact you via email once we receive the return.
